These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you browse the website, create an order, or use any of the services offered through ProxyDeck EU.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ProxyDeck EU provides a web-based proxy ordering service focused on Magic: The Gathering deck imports, proof review, and print-ready ordering.

The service is intended for unofficial proxy or playtest cards for casual use only.

Products offered through the site are not tournament legal and must not be presented, resold, or used as authentic official cards.

We may also provide related content, previews, guidance, or ordering tools connected to the proxy workflow.

Product availability, card assets, previews, or print options may change over time, and some items may require manual review before production.

Orders can be placed as a guest unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Estimated pricing, shipping, and delivery information may appear before payment, but final timelines can vary depending on production load, destination, transport carrier, and operational constraints.

We package orders with reasonable care to protect them during transport. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, but Proxy Deck remains the customer’s point of contact and assumes the responsibilities imposed on a distance seller by applicable consumer law.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or not delivered, contact us promptly with the order number and any useful photographs so that we can investigate with the carrier and offer the remedy required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or intended to disrupt the service.

You must not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization, interfere with the platform, scrape the service in a harmful way, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse access where use of the site creates legal, operational, or security risk.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site, ordering flow, and proofing experience accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the complete absence of technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, ProxyDeck EU is not liable for indirect losses, data transmission problems or downtime outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or our statutory responsibility for delivery.

Preview images are intended to help you review your order, but final printed output may vary slightly from on-screen display due to printing, paper, finishing, and source asset differences.

Our source-image quality guarantee applies only to English-language cards. Suitable high-resolution images for cards in other languages are not always available online, so we cannot guarantee the same image quality for non-English cards.

If the source image for a requested non-English card does not meet our production quality standards, we reserve the right to print and ship the same card in English instead of the requested language.

An English-language substitution made for this reason does not, by itself, qualify the order for a refund or reprint. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The website design, text, layout, branding, and original content published by ProxyDeck EU are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse the site for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without prior permission.

References to third-party games, cards, or related properties remain the property of their respective owners. ProxyDeck EU is an unofficial service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or other relevant rights holders.

We collect and process personal data only as needed to operate the site, manage orders, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

This may include your name, email address, shipping address, order history, cart information, and site interaction data.

Payment information is handled by secure third-party payment providers and is not stored in full by us.

When a customer creates an account, authentication and account data managed through Clerk are retained for one year after the account’s last activity, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
